I was wondering about what direction this so called "V5 style" is supposed to be going. I intended it to be a halfway anime-manga and realism style but I don't know if it will ever materialize into any set style even when I start to get it to look nice/aesthetically pleasing. Maybe it's too early too tell. or... maybe the point is that the style will always be something that floats around an idea of "halfway-manga-halfway-realism". But even that kind of definition runs into a lot of ambiguity, what with "manga" (as I tell everyone) being an umbrella term for a whole slew of styles and realism really being an approximation of certain standards as how things look in photographs or in human vision with the main idea of suspending disbelief of unreal-ness. How can there really be a halfway thing between these two things?

Maybe I'm over-analyzing things. Anyway.. onward to developing V5... whatever that really means.
