Although I'm ashamed to say that, like many people, Dragonball Z style was the very first style I used to draw anything remotely human... I mean as far as I could recall. Eyebrows connected to the eyes and everything... (that was when I was around 7-years-old or something)
But I can say that one of the first styles that I'm at least proud to have influenced the more serious development of my manga art style was the one used by Capcom on Megaman, especially the one they used on the first few Megaman games on the Playstation. (that and Watsuki Nobuhiro's Rurouni Kenshin)
So, here... after many, many, many years, I give you Dr. Light's little blue robot boy, Rock. Otherwise known as Megaman.

Actually, this is somewhat irrelevant to the pic I am commenting. I'd like to contact you (It's about art and nothing more. I'm extremely interested in your way of drawing and style). I'd like to know if you have msn, yahoo or something of the kind, or even just a e-mail wich I could use. IF you have msn (or a contact e-mail), could you please, contact me at pc_945@hotmail.com? I'd be really grateful. As for the pic, it's really perfect, the only thing I can say is that I somewhat hate the original rockman series. I never got into it as I got into DASH or X (wich I own every game, of both series).
